Humphrey Stafford, 7th Earl of Stafford (1424-1455)

Eldest son to Henry Stafford, 1^st Duke of Buckingham.

Married Margaret Beaufort, daughter of Edmund Beaufort, 2nd Duke of Somerset.

He died in 1455 as a result of an infected arrow wound to the hand sustained at the First Battle of St Albans.

His eldest son, Henry, became 2^nd Duke of Buckingham
